Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Shipping Bikes

Pivot, Yeti, Giant, Liv, Momentum,  Kona, and Pinarello bikes can be shipped directly to your door. We take care in packaging each bike. Every tube is individually wrapped and we use expandable foam bags to ensure your bike arrives in new condition. Because of our dealer agreements Cervelo, Felt, and Scott bikes can only be sold to in-store customers. If you are visiting the Seattle area, you can come in and purchase a bike, and we'll be happy to ship it home for you.

 **Kona bikes are shipped in original box with no prior assembly.**

Instructions: (Feel free to reach out to us with any questions during or after assembly!

1. Take bike and wheels from box and remove all packing material
2. Grab your allen wrench and attach the handlebars to the stem
3. Remove the brake spacer and install your wheels on the bike
4. If your bike is tubeless then put the sealant in the tire through the valve stem .
5. If your bike has tubes then inflate tires to recommended pressure found on the side of the tire
6. Now you will install your pedals. As a note, the left pedal is reverse threaded!
7. Now set your seat height. As a rule of thumb you should be on your tippy toes to the ground when sitting on your seat.
8. Lastly will be to use your torque wrench on your handlebar stem bolts and your seat post clamp bolt.

Shipping Options

Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed.

Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes may not be eligible for shipping.

Shipping Fees

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

APO and Military

UPS and FedEx will not deliver to an APO address, please use a street address of a friend or relative to help facilitate the delivery.  We can mail small packages USPS.

AK, Hawaii and International Orders

Please contact us prior to ordering and we can give you the total for shipping to your area. Currently Shipping to HI and AK is running approximately $200 UPS and Fedex. Let us know your complete shipping address and the product you are interested in to receive back the most accurate information. sales@bikesale.com

Be aware that shipping and service charges are not covered by manufacturers warranty.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read our Returns Policy.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

For our customers who purchase Giant, Liv, and Momentum bikes we share your non-sensitive information with Giant bikes .  This includes your name, email adress, purchase date, and model number.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
