You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Shipping Bikes:
Look, Time, and 2009 Scott bikes bikes can be shipped directly to your door. We take care in packaging your bike and fully insure each bike. Because of our dealer agreements, Giant, Kona, Felt and Scott bikes can only be sold to in-store customers. If you are visiting the Seattle area, you can come in and purchase a bike, and we'll be happy to ship it home for you.

APO and Military
UPS and FedEx will not deliver to an APO address, please use a street address of a friend or relative to help facilitate the delivery. We can mail small packages USPS.
AK, Hawaii and International Orders:
Please contact us prior to ordering and we can give you the total for shipping to your area. Currently Shipping to HI and AK is running approximately $125 UPS ands Fed X. Let us know your complete shipping address and the product you are interested in to receive back the most accurate information. sales@bikesale.com
Return and Warranty Policy:
Our return policy is based on the simple principle of servicing our customers. We enjoy an extremely low rate of return due to upfront service and accurate information about products before they are ordered.
Unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured trackable method to our store address. Please contact us prior to returning to insure proper credit. Shipping charges are excluded from refunds.
If you need to return an item because it is not what you ordered, contact us and we will refund shipping charges as well. You will find we are very easy to work with and put the customers interests first.
All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Warranty terms vary between manufacturers as well as products, so please refer to your documentation for details. If you have warranty questions please feel free to contact us. Keep all manufacturer papers to help yourself communicate with us, or them directly if the need arises.
Be aware that shipping and service charges are not covered by manufacturers warranty.
