Return Policy

Our return policy is based on the simple principle of servicing our customers.  We enjoy an extremely low rate of return due to upfront service and accurate information about products before they are ordered.

Unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured trackable method to our store address.  Please contact us prior to returning to insure proper credit.  Shipping charges are excluded from refunds. 

Returns on stock bikes:  Bikes must be unused and sent back in original packing.  Prior approval is necessary and a 20% restocking fee is applied.

Custom builds are not returnable.  In an exceptional circumstance we may allow a return with a 30% restocking fee.  Prior approval is necessary.

If you need to return an item because it is not what you ordered, contact us and we will refund shipping charges as well. You will find we are very easy to work with and put the customers interests first.

All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty.  Warranty terms vary between manufacturers as well as products, so please refer to your documentation for details. If you have warranty questions please feel free to contact us. Keep all manufacturer papers to help yourself communicate with us, or them directly if the need arises.
