Steve Hed is practically the godfather of disc wheels having brought the first realistically affordable disc wheel to the market back in 1984. It should then be no surprise that the Jet disc is the fastest clincher disc ever made. In addition to superb aero design, Hed’s hybrid build process uses both spokes and bonded carbon sides to build an amazingly stiff and efficient clincher disc that only weighs 1300g.
