Constructed from the same materials as the Z Series bikes, the ZW lay-up
is customized to improve performance for women. The top-of-the-line ZW
model uses Felt’s unparalleled UHC Ultimate+Nano carbon fiber, and in
all ZW bikes the materials are carefully optimized for women’s needs.
For example, they all feature smaller diameter tubes, thinner tube walls
and shorter tube intersections.
With a UHC Performance carbon fiber frame, the women-specific ZW5 has
incredible torsional stiffness for quick acceleration and razor-sharp
handling. At the same time, this custom blend of frame materials, built
with Felt’s FITWoman geometry, offers comfort and control for a silky
smooth ride. And reliable Shimano 105 shifting helps you fly up hills
and speed through the flats.
